Club Leaders Join AUCC for a Student Leader Panel
On Tuesday, September 29, eleven student organizations joined AUCC's Get Involved Subcommittee for a discussion on involvement in student organizations. Especially during a virtual semester, involvement in organizations can be difficult for newer and older students alike. Club leaders shared insights into how they became involved in organizations, what they find rewarding in their work with their club members, and how clubs are operating in the virtual setting we are all engaged in.
Attached to this article is a playlist containing club introductions as well as the three breakout rooms club leaders took part in to engage in a deeper discussion. Students for a Just Society, Black Girls Vote, AU LULAC, and ZARON club leaders took part in Breakout Room 1. On a Sensual Note, Visible, and Cheese Club took part in Breakout Room 2. Finally, in Breakout Room 3, Ascend AU, AU College Democrats, Delta Phi Epsilon, and AUSG Senate engaged in a discussion. Please view the content you find interesting and as always, please reach out to the AUCC Get Involved Subcommittee at email@example.com if you have any questions about student involvement on campus!
